My friend and I felt immediately at home upon arrival, thanks to the warm welcome from the staff who treated us like family. The hotel, steeped in history, offers breathtaking views of the majestic Setaz and Crêt Rond mountains, while conveniently being just two minutes from the Brive cable car-perfect for those eager to explore the natural beauty around Courmayeur. The robust Italian breakfast provided a delightful start to our days, featuring a huge selection of freshly baked bread and sweet options that catered to both my palate and my friend's preferences. After long hikes along the stunning trails, our spacious room with a balcony became a serene retreat, providing a perfect spot to unwind with a glass of local wine. With an array of activities ranging from hiking to via ferrata and even a swimming pool, Hotel Aiguille Noire stands out as an exceptional base for adventure seekers and those looking to immerse themselves in the enchanting mountain landscape.
